Contacting and torodial (inductive contactless) industrial conductivity sensors for use up to 205 degrees Celsius and 500 psig. Suitable for measurements from 0.55 microSiemens and up to 2,000 milliSiemens. Applications from ultrapure water to strong acids, bases and electrolytes. Materials of construction include 316SS, Monel, Titanium, Hastelloy C-276 (and other) for the electrodes and TEFLON, CPVC, KYNAR and PEEK for the insulator on contacting conductivity sensors (other materials upon request). Cell constants available from 0.01 to 20.0 and anywhere in between. Rugged industrial grade galvanic dissolved oxygen (DO) sensors offer high accuracy measurement at a very low cost of commissioning as well as a low residual cost of ownership. Unique optional thick-membrane option is ideal for heavy slurry media and rugged NPT submersion sealing assembly ensures very long sensor life even with severe service conditions and handling. Convenient quick disconnect termination option allows for simply maintenance for long cable runs and tricky installation setups. Offering a wide range of instrumentation options from low-cost 2-wire and 4-wire transmitters and controllers all the way to intrinsically-safe explosion-proof & programmable instrumentation for single, dual and triple channel pH, ORP, ion selective (ISE), conductivity and dissolved oxygen (DO) liquid analytical measurements.  Options include PID & TPC relay controllers, HART, Fieldbus, Profibus & MODBus digital outputs as well as multiple isolated, configurable, reversible & scalable 4-20 mA analog current loop outputs. Available in IP65, IP67 and NEMA 4X rated enclosure options
     

HOT-TAP Valve Retractable Assemblies

Submersible Assemblies with Waterproofing Seals

The third generation valve retraction HOT-TAP assemblies allow for insertion and removal of the sensor without shutdown or separate isolation of the process line or tank. These HOT-TAP assemblies are available for 5X31, 5X41, 5X51 & 5XX0 sensor types. Available in 316SS material of construction standard with TEFLON seals and ferrules with Viton or Kalrez O-rings ensure a secure water tight even at high temperatures (150 deg Celsius) and pressures (up to 150 psig max). Custom materials of construction and configurations are available upon request. The longevity of the pH, ORP and ion selective (ISE) sensors can be significantly elongated for some applications using our waterproofing sealing options for a variety of applications. In particular, for those that will be completely submersing the sensor or for applications where the back of the sensor will be exposed to moisture or facility washdowns these waterproofing seals are a must. Inquire to the ASTI factory to determine if a waterproofing option is required for your installation type and if required the most suit bale selection. Special materials of construction are available for our waterproofing seals upon request.
